The Dietetics programme at Northern Caribbean University is designed to
equip students with knowledge and skills
necessary for a professional occupation
within the fields of nutrition and
dietetics. This preparation may be used
for advanced studies in nutrition. The
correlation of theory with practical
applications in the clinical (hospital)
and community settings (including clinics)
are an integral part of this programme.
